Arab Federation chooses Ghodran to head the Supreme Committee for Organizing Arab Championships

Board of Directors of the Arab Tennis Federation headed by Sheikh Ahmed Jaber Al-Sabah, President of the Asian and Arab Federation, Vice President of the Arab Federation, President of the Saudi Tennis Federation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Olympic Committee, Ghodran bin Saeed Ghodran, as Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee for the Arab Championship, and Abdulaziz Al-Araf, a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation, Whoever the committee chairman deems appropriate, after the council approved the establishment of the first Arab championship for men and women for all groups in Marrakesh, Morocco, during the month of November 2015, provided that the Arab championship is organized annually without interruption.
For his part, Ghadran Saeed expressed his thanks and appreciation to the president and members of the Arab Federation Council for their confidence and choice to take over the supervision of the Arab championships and said: The work has started from the first moment of the decision to prepare the organizational and strategic plan to establish the tournament, which will be one of the most prominent Arab sports tournaments, God willing, Indicating that the start must be very strong for all tournaments to continue on the approach of the first tournament.
The head of the supreme committee organizing the Arab championship indicated that this choice is evidence of the great confidence enjoyed by the Saudi cadres present in various forums, whether Arab, Gulf, Asian or international, and he said: We will strive to have our tournaments distinguished, whether in terms of organization or competitions, to expand the base of the game at both levels. The Arab and Asian championships, stressing at the same time that preparing the plan to organize the tournaments will be in accordance with the aspirations of the AFC, God willing.
